At Armaan Store, we want you to love your furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

  • Custom Orders: Made-to-order, customized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Mattresses: Returns on mattresses are only accepted if unopened due to hygiene reasons, unless there's a manufacturing defect.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us at [email or phone number] within the return window.

  2. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back or request a pickup (pickup fees may apply).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
